"I have had great experiences at IERA. I most often see Dr. Eduardo and Nurse Ana Sofia. It is truly a pleasure to work with them both. They are kind, compassionate, supportive, and just generally nice people to be around. I never thought I’d say this about a fertility clinic - but I actually look forward to my appointments!
Dr. Eduardo is very knowledgeable, and communicates information clearly and directly. He seems to genuinely care very much about his patients. Nurse Ana Sofia is a wonderful supplement – she is warmhearted, easy-going, and thorough in her work. The two together take a stressful situation and create a warm, calm, laidback environment while providing quality care."

"Got eggs frozen here, it went smooth! From the appointments to consult, examination, weekly check ups, prescribing medication, retrieval and recovery. They did it all like how it should be done. The doctor and nurse were thorough and took their time explaining things
One thing, they should probably follow up with client via phone or email a month after treatment."

“Rather annoyed that we had to pay for lots of blood tests and it seems the results weren’t even properly looked at! The dr didn’t pick up on the fact that my thyroid levels weren’t what they should be. (I didn’t know either until a different dr from a different fertility clinic said you really should get them done again because the results could indicate hypothyroidism. So I did get them done again and did an antibodies test and yes I have Hashimotos! This can cause miscarriage and all sorts of problems with a developing baby! Something a dr at a fertility clinic should know very well! Anyways, we went back again and asked for a different dr and when I mentioned to the other Dr she wasn’t in any way apologetic and was almost about to say that my results weren’t that bad! Even though they aren’t what they need to be to have a safe pregnancy! A simple google search tells you that! We did a few IUI treatments and they didn’t work. Obviously they hate just the luck of the draw. But then luckily I got pregnant naturally and wanted to book a scan and they said I need a blood test confirming the pregnancy (which I got) but never said you should probably get your thyroid checked also because once you get pregnant you generally need to adjust the dose. I got my thyroid checked and yes the reading wasn’t good. I had a miscarriage previously and I think it’s probably because of my thyroid and so I have a random free consultation with a different clinic to thank for that! So anyway due to Iera being so close my I thought I would get a scan to check everything is ok and had to wait an hour before my appointment! If you go private and pay 100 euros for a scan then really you should be seen on time or with minimal waiting!”

“We had a really beautiful and positive experience at IERA clinic. The whole team, from reception to nurses, embryologists and doctors avec very human, kind and empathetic. They carefully listen to your needs and make the process as good at it can be. We want to thank the nurses Sofia and Telma for their very gentle care and positive spirit, the embryologist Dr Mafalda for her kindness and very clear explanations, Ana for always welcoming us with a smile at the reception desk and helping out on the phone, and finally to Dr Ana and her assistant Susana for thinking along with us and keeping the spirit up !”

"Won’t recommend.
I did egg freezing in the clinic. Being young and having good hormone tests results, we were able to retrieve only 7 eggs, instead of normal 10-12.
Why is that? After this happened, I consulted other doctors and they pointed out various issues that were done
More than this, when I was doing the first treatment, all the nurses were asking “is this your first treatment with us?”. Which is strange, no? Seemed like for them it’s normal practice to make sure women don’t succeed in the first treatment and more than one, so pay more as well.
More than this, I asked if I can do the second treatment right after the first one. They said generally no, but then they said yes you can. Which
