“Nurse needs to practice more needles!!! She screwed more than 3 times….my arm has marked after. Also nurse forgot other test so my husband and me had to go back to clinic. They called us after we left 15 minutes….reception ladies are chitchatting and we had to wait….doctor is good but this clinic makes me worry to do IVF here.”

“I had already frozen my eggs 4 years ago in a horrible experience, and this time when I came to try it for a second time at Ava clinic i was very lucky to end up with Dr.Margarida, a truly wonderful doctor and human being. She is a super warm and competent doctor, with whose program I managed to freeze 8 eggs (at 38 years old!). I totally recommend Ava clinic and would even consider a second round if needed. The only constructive feedback I have to give is that the nurses deserve more training when handling needles.”
