“We came to Love fertility after two failed cycles and unpleasant experience in another Madrid clinic, where we were suggested to try egg donation. Despite first cycle wasn’t successful, we tried again, as could see significant improvement after treatment Dr.Blanca suggested. "Everything began four years ago, when we entrusted ourselves to a very renowned fertility clinic here in Switzerland, where we live. Out of respect and to avoid unnecessary disputes, we prefer not to mention its name. From the very beginning we were presented with an extremely serious clinical situation on the male side, with a diagnosis that bordered on sterility. We were made to feel defective, incomplete, almost “broken”, as if we had a problem that only they would ever be able to solve. This created a deep emotional and psychological dependence, making us believe there were no alternatives and that our future depended exclusively on their decisions.

That is how our nightmare began. A tunnel made of fear, anxiety, insecurity, and total psychological dependence. We had started to accept the idea that we might never be able to have a child. And time kept passing.

We faced an incalculable expense, far beyond our possibilities, investing all of our savings, even those that should never have been touched because they were meant for essential needs and unavoidable life expenses. After two failed transfers, only two blastocysts obtained, and even a testicular biopsy performed unnecessarily, because later it turned out that in my case it was not needed at all, we found ourselves exhausted. Drained. Emotionally. Physically. Financially. We are not millionaires or professionals with unlimited resources. We are a normal couple living a normal life. Every sacrifice was made with the single hope of building a family. Instead, we were left with nothing in our hands except a deep wound in our hearts.

When they proposed starting another cycle, it became clear that we simply could not continue. Not only financially, but also as human beings.

So we decided to stop and begin a deep and independent search. After weeks of research and comparisons among several European clinics, we discovered Love Fertility Madrid.

We will always remember the first video call with Dr Blanca Paraiso. In just a few minutes she gave us back what we had lost: empathy, clarity, understanding, and hope. After everything we had been through, it felt impossible to trust again, and yet we finally felt understood. Welcomed. Alive again.

We chose to trust her completely. I, the husband, suffer from oligo asthenozoospermia, a serious condition but not an impossible one. Blanca was clear and reassuring. Cases like ours are common for them, and there was no reason to feel different or hopeless. For the first time, we truly felt we were in the right hands.

The path was tailored specifically for us. Dr Blanca, the extraordinary biologist Valentina, Soledad, and the wonderful receptionists accompanied us with constant presence, gentleness, and rare humanity.

The result was incredible. From a single cycle, with a fresh sperm deposit performed at the clinic, we obtained eleven blastocysts of excellent quality. From two to eleven. A transformation that meant rebirth for us.

We returned to Madrid for the transfer, and today I am writing these words with my son in my arms while he sleeps peacefully, dreams, and smiles in his sleep. Every breath he takes feels like a silent thank you directed to all of you.

We do not have words big enough to express our gratitude to Dr Blanca, to Valentina, and to the entire team. You welcomed us with immeasurable kindness and care. We never felt like customers, but like real people, a fragile couple who needed to be guided with respect and heart.

We know that at times we were insistent. Driven by panic, we contacted the clinic urgently through messages and calls. We apologize for that, but we believe it is human. When you entrust everything you are to someone, you need to feel that they are there, present, ready to respond.

This review is our deepest thank you. For helping us stand up again when we thought everything was over. For giving us back our faith. For showing that true excellence is born when competence and humanity walk together.

"I’ve been meaning to write this review, and I didn’t want to wait any longer to thank them for everything they did for us.

Our experience at the center has been simply incredible. From day one, I felt supported, listened to, and cared for. The entire team is kind, approachable, and attentive from the moment you walk through the door, which makes a huge difference in such an important and emotional process.

I want to give a special mention to Dr. Laura, who I found absolutely amazing. She always exuded immense confidence and reassurance, and she also had an incredible knack for getting every date and every step of the process right. Being in her hands gave me so much peace of mind.

Something else I greatly appreciate is that I never felt like money was the center’s priority. On the contrary: I found them incredibly accommodating, there was zero pressure, and the care was truly focused on people and on helping us fulfill our dreams.

Thanks to them, we now have a beautiful six-month-old daughter, and we couldn’t be happier. We will be eternally grateful to them for accompanying us on this journey with such professionalism, compassion, and love. And even if the outcome hadn’t been this, my gratitude would still be the same because, for me, the most important thing has been the company I shared throughout the process.
