“Well what can I say about IVF Madrid? From the moment we arranged a virtual consultation from here in the UK to walking through the door to meet with Olga, the whole process has been absolutely fantastic. We were given everything we needed to plan for a successful transfer from advice over emails to prescriptions. Once we were ready to commit we flew out and met with Manon who was equally outstanding, arranging everything we needed, again from prescriptions and advice to keeping us informed about a donor match and all our next steps. Flying to a different country and the different language can have its challenges and can be daunting but honestly we were provided with utmost dignity and respect and not once did we have a problem with anything. The end result is what we craved and that is what IVF Madrid provided - first time 😃. Madrid now has a special place in our hearts and our love for the people at IVF will always stay with us. Our new baby girl arrived this morning and she is our miracle provided by the sensational team here. "Great clinic full of incredibly kind and lovely people. Dr. Meski was warm, caring, and encouraging - a wonderful presence to have throughout the egg freezing process. Alejandra, my patient care specialist, was very attentive and patient with my large volume of questions and was always a lovely person to interact with. Olga, who led me through the initial part of the process, was fantastic and it was always such a pleasure to see her and arrive to see a big smile and lots of positivity.

With egg freezing, there can be times that are frustrating or disappointing when having professionals who show that they truly care about their patients means everything and, likewise, when times go well and you receive positive news, having people there to encourage you and celebrate the wins makes a process that can be scary or daunting feel worthwhile with people like this around you.

“I had a very disappointing experience at this fertility clinic. From the moment I arrived, the secretaries were unfriendly and dismissive. They seemed annoyed when I asked questions and made me feel like I was a burden. This lack of professionalism and empathy made an already stressful process much worse. I expected a higher standard of care and respect, especially in such a sensitive environment. I do not recommend this clinic based on how poorly I was treated by the administrative staff.”

“My husband and I had an amazing experience with IVF Life Madrid. We live in Ireland but chose to go abroad for our IVF treatment as the Irish clinics can in no way compare to the expertise and care provided by this clinic. The staff at the clinic have always been person-centred and extremely kind and caring. From the very first call with the clinic (with the wonderful Clara) I knew we were getting a completely different experience from other clinics I had contacted. Clara explained in great detail every stage of the process-this had never been done with me before with other clinics (in Ireland). I immediately had a good feeling once I got off the call with Clara. This positive experience continued right throughout our communications and visits to the clinic. We worked with Dr Izquierdo who also was a wonderfully kind and empathetic man. He explained everything in great detail and gave us time to ask questions-again, this was very different to our previous experiences with other clinics where we felt rushed etc. The staff of this clinic really helped to make our ivf journey a very positive one. Each and every one of them that we encountered had a smile, shared kind words with us and helped us feel at ease. The communication with the clinic (Clara especially) was excellent and quick. We never had to chase or follow up with them as all emails were promptly replied to. We underwent an egg collection and 2 FETs with this clinic and hope to welcome our baby in April 25.”
