"I had a truly wonderful experience with this clinic and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking IVF treatment in the Czech Republic. Dr. Jonaš (is my doctor during the treatment and he is very very good) is not only very knowledgeable but also extremely supportive throughout the process. His guidance and treatment made me feel well taken care of at every stage.

The clinic itself is very professional and transparent, with clear explanations of the treatment plan and each step of the IVF journey. I really appreciated their honesty and structured approach, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.

From my experience, IVF policies in the Czech Republic are much more supportive than in Germany, particularly for women over 35. That’s why I would strongly encourage women in this age group to consider this clinic directly, rather than losing precious chances elsewhere."

“I would definitely recommend. We travelled to Prague Fertility Center from the UK at nearly 40 years of age. Our prognosis was that our chance would be low but we were successful on our second attempt and welcomed a healthy and perfect baby girl in April. Dr Jonas was amazing, he was so kind and explained everything really well. I found the care co-ordinators hit and miss, some were more patient than others. My only criticism is that there was no follow up to find out if we had a successful pregnancy and live birth. Maybe that’s just not a thing they do.”

“My experience was deeply disappointing and raised serious concerns about the clinic’s organization and transparency. The management of the treatment protocol was stressful, particularly because some medications had to be urgently purchased from a pharmacy. On the day of the egg retrieval, the waiting time was excessively long, and a blood test was carried out after the procedure, which felt disorganized. An additional cost of €2,000 was announced after the retrieval, on top of the Combi Package price, despite the fact that I had informed the clinic in advance that another retrieval would take place the following month. Finally, there was a lack of clarity regarding the non-refundability of the overall Combi Package in case of failure, as this was not clearly explained beforehand.”

“I feel I was blessed with the best team ever at Prague Fertility Center; coordinator Mara is the most empathic, kind and helpful coordinator, and dr Jonas is such a great doctor, very qualified but also deeply understanding and caring; and I feel like thanking all the rest of the staff, including embryologist Pintova and doctor Keprtova. I felt listened and taken care of in this clinic, a cheerful place, with a warm atmosphere, and a very competent staff that takes time to explain things and is committed to find the best solution for each different person. Though I’m still waiting on my transfer results, I know that, if I need, I 'll definitely come back.”
