“We are incredibly thankful to this IVF Cube. Especially for Dr. Libor Hradecky who assisted us from the start and also Petra Chrpova who has been great helped us organized and managed all the appointments and also patiently answering all my questions, and of course all IVF Cube teams who play parts in our journey making our dreams come true. This clinic was actually the third clinic that we visited and we were very grateful that it worked. The care, professionalism, and compassion we received were exceptional from start to finish. Thanks to their expertise, we are now blessed with our beautiful baby girl. We couldn’t recommend this clinic more highly.”

"We had an excellent experience at IVF Cube and can’t thank them enough. After several failed attempts with other fertility clinics, we chose IVF Cube based on recommendations and their positive reviews and we’re so glad we did.
From our very first meeting with our coordinator, we were impressed by how warm and welcoming she was. She took the time to listen to our concerns, explained everything clearly, and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Her support made the entire process feel less overwhelming and gave us confidence that we were finally in the right place.
We truly felt cared for every step of the way, and we’re incredibly grateful for the professionalism, compassion, and expertise of the entire team. We highly recommend IVF Cube to anyone seeking fertility care."

“Overall I had a very positive experience at IVF Cube. We had a coordinator who spoke our language, and it was easy to communicate and coordinate with them. The location in Prague is modern and clean, and it is a comfortable environment for a very stressful situation.”

"Success on 11th transfer - I´d like to share my story to encourage other women… I went through IVF centers in 3 countries (Germany, Spain, Czechia) and in a total of 3 different centers in Czechia, and in my opinion IVF Cube is by far the best of all. Of course, the doctor can have a bad day and people can make admin mistakes, but that happened everywhere, and you too will probably not adhere 100% to protocols (forget, make a mistake etc.), but that’s usually not a big deal. The staff operates with military-like diligence and at the same time, is very attentive. From what I could observe, there are high standards for everything and everybody is ready (again not to be taken for granted - at another IVF center, during the actual embryo transfer, the doctor began adjusting the ultrasound resolution and blaming the nurse, as he was unable to see where the embryo was being transferred, or the Spanish clinic´s documents had a typo in nearly every document and receipt, which I thought was quite funny, until a pharmacist refused to give me the medicine based on those mistakes… etc.).
They care about the latest science here, which is not a given everywhere. The hidden gem is probably the lab. I had my best stimulation results here (no. of PGT-A tested embryos on day 5, with a simple ICSI and no add-ons).
My case was difficult. There was no implantation until the 11th attempt, which was finally successful (my third transfer at Cube), at the age of 41. A rather extensive scratching in the previous cycle and a hysteroscopy of polyps in the successful transfer cycle might have helped.
I´d recommend to all women with RIF (repeated failures with genetically tested embryos) to have the biopsy of the uterus (they do it here) and exclude the presence of cytotoxic NK cells (I had them extremely high). That was probably an additional obstacle in my previous transfers (the prognosis with elevated uNK cytotoxic cells is not good). A cortikosteroid therapy yield no result. Once I knew about the problem, I went on a healthy diet and exercised daily, also healed my cystitis (and after about a year, the results were fine). We were also advised by my immunologist to improve my partner´s spermiogram with long-term use of Profertil (any supplement with selenium, zinc would do I guess).
I also went through 3 years of individual and group psychotherapy (a few years before IVF), and I believe that helped immensely in being able to go through such a hard process (and having my family fully on board). It helped me to challenge doctors, when they told me that there is something inheritably wrong with my cells and my only chance are donated eggs. That said – I finally lost hope during the last transfer, we were at our lowest point, tried everything and I thought I must give up – and then it worked 😊.
I also did TCM (acupuncture, funghi, teas), I´d recommend it to anyone, it is amazing how it balances your body and mind. My main doctor was Dr. Višňová, but I also rotated with Dr. Balogová, Neumannová, Veselá, and they all were very professional and empathetic, as well as the nursing professionals led by Dr. Semanská.
Right now, we are beyond happy after a positive ultrasound in the 6th week!
Thank you, Cube! And don´t lose hope! 😊Barbora"
