“The worst experience ever. Horrible attitude from the reception staff – disrespectful and humiliating. I came for my second pregnancy screening and didn’t have my ID visibly with me. The receptionist immediately spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner, humiliated me for not bringing the documents, rolled her eyes – absolutely unacceptable behavior. If there is any management here that cares about its clients, I’d be happy to provide the name of the receptionist. I left feeling awful. I will not recommend your clinic to anyone, and it’s solely because of your disrespectful reception staff. Complete humiliation – I’ve never been treated like this in my life!”
