“After two years of unsuccessful attempts to get pregnant, I found International Europe IVF Prague while living in Germany, and I am deeply grateful for this experience. My coordinator, Veronika, supported me from day one, translated everything into German, and never let me feel alone. She was always kind, responsive, and truly like an angel by my side. The doctors were excellent, the atmosphere was warm and comforting, and everything was well organized. I had my embryo transfer on December 17, and today my home pregnancy test is positive. This clinic helped us get closer to our dream, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.”

"I had a very disappointing experience with this IVF clinic. From the very beginning, communication was poor—it was difficult to get clear answers or proper information. The staff seemed uninterested and often rushed, without showing genuine care for patients.

Appointments were frequently delayed, and we felt like just a number rather than people going through a very difficult process. For our case, they didn’t make use of anything and showed no real interest. Mistakes were made at every step where they could have been avoided.

They also constantly contradicted themselves—their opinions and recommendations would change overnight, and nothing they said felt consistent or reliable.

I hope they get rich from our suffering, because it honestly feels like they care more about money than about their patients.

For something as sensitive as fertility treatment, I expected much more professionalism, empathy, and dedication. Unfortunately, this clinic did not meet those expectations, and I would not recommend it."

"The clinic failed before the embryo transfer and the procedure never took place because there was no embryo in the fifth day. We did not received a detailed medical report from the laboratory, so this talks a lot about this clinic’s ethics. Now my wife is naturally pregnant and the clinic doesn’t want to refund our money. Luckily we got a good lawyer and we are bringing it to the court this month. Please beware before giving your money to this clinic.

Edit: they actually provided 2 different embryo medical reports by mistake over the course of a few months, and tried to give me 1000 EUR to shut up when I brought this proof to them. Due to this being malpraxis, I took legal action and complaint to the health ministry, medical chamber and ECC. Now I wait for things to move forward and recover my hard earned money from these scammers. I hope that through this I will also help others that had been scammed."
