"We made a promise to ourselves that regardless of the outcome, we would share this review. We do not want the positive end result to overshadow how financially and emotionally draining this experience was due to the clinic’s approach.
After 15 years of trying, we are incredibly grateful that our family has finally grown. However, despite this positive outcome, our experience with this clinic was far below acceptable standards. On several occasions, we seriously considered stopping treatment—not because of the medical process itself, but the clinic’s attitude and handling of our case. The only reason we continued was because we had already invested a significant amount of time, energy, and money, something the clinic appears to rely on and exploit.
We often felt that we were being steered—by what appeared to be more of a sales-driven approach than medical guidance—toward repeating treatments and making additional payments, rather than receiving genuinely personalized care. The treatment did not feel tailored to our situation at all.
Information was not shared proactively. Consultations were difficult to obtain, often cancelled, or avoided. Results were not communicated as promised and we frequently had to call multiple times just to get results or basic updates. Once payments were made, it often felt like the clinic became unresponsive and dismissive. However, before new payments, communication suddenly became more attentive again.
The overall communication felt artificial—polite on the surface, but lacking genuine care or responsibility. Even the most basic expectations from a premium healthcare provider were not met. Coordination felt unprofessional, doctors were frequently changed, and there was no sense of continuity or trust being built."

“Me and my husband we used this clinic in 2022/2023. Our medical advisor was Mrs Sovová. While the first meeting and the beginning of the conversations and treatment went very well, she was professional, more the weeks passed, more the communication went down. I had to ask how things were going as there was no information, afterwards the explanation was not clear, we had to re-ask because there was a mistake in the words used to explain the quality of the eggs (we are humans we make mistakes, still in this process precision is crucial), later on my name was mistaken which in itself is fine, but it means in terms of privacy I now know the names of another Romanian woman using this clinic (probably some other woman knows also my name?!). We felt very uncomfortable after these 2 situations, and we are grateful we did not reach transfer at all. We would not have wanted to do it here and we chose another place. On the positive side, embryologists here are very educated and polite, they explain well in English and they can be trusted. Leenders family”

"I deeply regret choosing Repromeda for fertility treatment. My experience has been marked by significant delays and complete lack of communication. I waited months for my PANDA results with no updates, and repeated attempts to get in touch were ignored by my assigned coordinator, Pavlína Šmídová. Unfortunately, she has proven to be unreliable and unresponsive.
Requests for basic administrative matters—such as issuing an invoice for oocyte storage or updating my address—have gone unanswered for over a month. This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a setting where timing and clarity are critical. Sadly, Repromeda has not met even the most basic standards of professionalism or accountability.
I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking reliable and respectful fertility care."

“First and foremost, I would like to thank the whole Repromeda team, especially the laboratory, for literally creating our child. I want to give an honest review, because of course when you see 5 stars you know that those couples had a happy outcome. We are not an exception and I would recommend Repromeda if only for their superb lab skills. We had been trying for more than 5 years before, and had plenty of unsuccessful transfers in our country before deciding to try here. I went through 2 stimulation cycles in Repromeda, which were 4 months apart; the first one resulting in 3 blastocysts, the second one 0. I would probably try more stimulations to have more embryos for PGT if I hadn’t been mad and disappointed the second time. Dr. Filkova decided to change my medications on the first day of my cycle when I had already bought the previously agreed ones. The new approach required to postpone for 1 cycle. So, waist of money, changing logistics since we live in another country, and then in the meantime my husband had an extremely high temperature for a couple of days one month before the next try which we think also contributed to the bad result; maybe it was our stupidity forgetting to take that into account but I think they should have asked if they are really advertising the “personal approach”. After that I just wanted to check the euploidy of those 3 from the first and only successful cycle and move on to another clinic or very probably even give up since I am 39 years old at the time. Very fortunately, 1 of the 3 was euploid and resulted in successful transfer and pregnancy for which we will be eternally and immeasurably grateful beyond expression. Besides the lab personnel, I would like to thank Viktoria for her warm support during the transfer visit, and also wholeheartedly recommend the acupuncturist Dominika. Thank you all”

“I was very happy with Repromeda’s service for both of my pregnancies (first birth August 2023, and I’m currently 12wks pregnant from first frozen embryo transfer). Both coordinators were exceptionally kind, caring and professional, and communication was always very good. We went with the top tier egg donor package, which was very good value compared to purchasing eggs from egg bank. From the one egg retrieval/insem we got enough embryos for 2 pregnancies. Definitely recommend.”
