"This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had. The solutions they suggested were not supported by any evidence or proof of success. They ignored my questions about why this method was the best for me. Everything felt like a scheme to take my money, with extra costs for everything imaginable.

Our coordinator even forgot to give me all my medications. Luckily, we were still in Brno, so she could deliver them to us—but this should never happen. I honestly cannot understand where the positive reviews come from.

When they took my eggs and administered the anesthetics, they only partially woke me up before sending me back to my room. I almost fell while stumbling, and two staff members had to hold me up on either side. At the very least, they should have used a wheelchair. In my own country, I was kept in bed from start to finish, with a nurse staying in the room the entire time to monitor me and make sure I was safe. Here, it felt like nobody cared about my well-being or safety at all.

This is not the level of care anyone should ever expect. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and genuine attention—but here, it felt like the only priority was extracting every last penny. The lack of care was shocking, and it left me feeling vulnerable and ignored."

“Highly recommend this clinic to anyone who would like to speed up their IVF journey and get detailed, accurate information on the process. We got our first appointment within weeks which is unheard of in our home country. Our coordinator Denisa Szakala and Dr Larysa Datsiuk has been super helpful and I feel we can count on their expertise at every step. The clinic is busy, welcomes so many people from everywhere but it never feels like a factory line. You also get a personalized treatment plan detailing all your medication and dates via email which is great help when navigating the IVF world as a couple. I wish we had come here earlier. “After many unsuccessful rounds in the UK we wanted to go with a clinic in the Czech Republic (due to overall success rates and quality of treatments) and it was important to us to find a place where we would get personal treatment and not be treated like a number, which is the reason why we chose Reprogenesis. We are very happy with the choice made - the team was just amazing and their personal approach and empathy were exemplary.
